[Seqan-dev] [ANN] SeqAn Restructuring

Dear All,

If you are using the release version then this announcement is not directly relevant to you. If you are using the trunk version, however, please read on.

As announced two weeks ago, we will restructure the SeqAn Subversion repository. The changes will start earliest from tomorrow (April 7, 2011) at 9:30 MEST (Berlin time).   We hope to finish the changes by the end of April 7, but they might take longer. We will send another email when we are done. Details can be found in the wiki [1].

(1) During this time, the location of all source files will change and accessing the trunk version might thus cause problems.

(2) If you have local changes to any files in your checkout of our repository then you will get problems when updating after the changes. Most probably, it was best if you created a clean checkout after the change period and manually copy over the changes in the form of diffs.

We will also update the documentation during the time of changes.

If you have commit rights to the repository then please commit any of your changes as soon as possible to circumvent any problems.
