In preparation for the workshop please go through the 'Getting Started' to install SeqAn and create a first "Hello World!" application: 
The plan is that everyone has installed SeqAn already. For those who have unforseen difficulties, we offer a 'SeqAn Install Session' at 9:00a.m. before the actual start of the workshop. 

If you have any questions or if there are any last-minute registrations, please send an email to sabrina.krakau@fu-berlin.
