Hi all.

Because of motives internal to packaging in Fedora, I need to respect
specific compiler flags into RPM package building; in particular they
are reported here [1].

g++ compiler seems to fail the compilation of SeqAn applications by
using -O2 flag. Working on my PC (RAM 4GB) I obtain a "virtual memory
exhausted: Cannot allocate memory".

Also with '-Os' flag is not good, Copr buildsystem on Fedora Project
fails compilation for 64bit architectures; see this log[2].

Only '-O0' flag allows a complete compilation of SeqAn.

In you opinion, is there any specific reason about these failures?
Can you suggest to me a solution?
