In addition to articles relating to "Time and Discourse", FQS 8(1) provides selected single contributions, contributions belonging to a new FQS Debates "Teaching and Learning Qualitative Research Methods in the Social Sciences", as well as articles belonging to FQS Reviews, and FQS Conferences.

B) Articles, published in former FQS issues, now available in additional languages
C) Conferences and Workshops

E) Open Access News

I additionally would like to draw your attention to a worldwide call for open access to European research: About 13,000 individuals already signed a petition to the European Commission to guarantee public access to publicly funded research. Organisations too are supporting the petition, including CERN, the Italian Rector's Conference, the Royal Netherlands Academy for Arts & Sciences, the Swiss Academy for the Humanities and Social Sciences, the UK's Medical Research Council, the Wellcome Trust, alongside the petition's sponsors, the Danish Electronic Research Library, the German Research Foundation, JISC, SPARC Europe, and the SURF Foundation. The petition is available at: http://www.ec-petition.eu/.

Wishing you a nice day!
