In der angesprochen=20 Empfehlung der Aussch=FCsse des Bundesrates=20 allerdings empfiehlt zwar der Ausschuss f=FCr=20 Kulturfragen des Bundesrates dem Bundesrat, die=20 Vorlage der Kommission zur Kenntnis zu nehmen,=20 die Aussch=FCsse f=FCr Fragen der EU (federf=FChrend),=20 der Rechts- und der Wirtschaftsausschuss regen=20 dagegen eine kritische Stellungnahme an. Zudem=20 wird Open Access wird nur als ein erg=E4nzender Weg=20 der Wissensvermittlung von Forschungsergebnissen gesehen. Hier wird ein gutes Vorhaben via Rechtsnorm schlecht verkauft! =DCberhaupt nicht einsehbar ist, wieso die DNB nicht mit dem Internetarchiv kooperiert. Es ist nun einmal existent und wird wohl nicht so bald von der Bildfl=E4sche verschwinden. Im =FCbrigen besch=E4ftigen sich auch regionale Pflichtexemplarbibliotheken (und Archivverwaltungen) mit der Webarchivierung. Hier wird ein gutes Vorhaben via Rechtsnorm schlecht verkauft! =DCberhaupt nicht einsehbar ist, wieso die DNB nicht mit dem Internetarchiv kooperiert. Es ist nun einmal existent und wird wohl nicht so bald von der Bildfl=E4sche verschwinden. Im =FCbrigen besch=E4ftigen sich auch regionale Pflichtexemplarbibliotheken (und Archivverwaltungen) mit der Webarchivierung. Klaus Graf
