Lieber Herr Graf,
ich habe auf 'Englisch' geschrieben, weil der Bezugstext englisch ist.
Was ich wollte? Auf einen Disput zwischen Granier (geosciences) mit 
DOAJ/SPARC hinzuweisen. 
Sie haben Recht, das Journal (CC BY-NC-SA-2.5) in Rede ist tatsaechlich in 
DOAJ,
http://www.doaj.org/doaj?func=findJournals&uiLanguage=en&hybrid=&query=Carnets+de+G%C3%A9ologie+
deren Antrag auf das SPARC Siegel wurde aber von DOAJ abgelehnt.
Und ich stimme Ihnen zu, es steht SPARC frei,  sich auf CC-BY zu 
beschraenken. Als einzelne Person wuensche ich mir eine etwas weitere 
Definition fuer das Siegel (nicht 'festlegen', sondern wuenschen): der 
Grund ist der von Herrn Granier vermutete moegliche kommerzielle 
Missbrauch des Nicht-OA Vermarktens von auch abgewandelten Kopien von 
OA-Publikationen (das wollte er wohl durch cc-by-nc-sa-2.5) verhindern.
