*Apologies for cross-posting* The Open Access Books Network (OABN) is pleased to share an invitation for an upcoming OABN live event: ''Financing change: KU Leuven's Fair OA Fund'' The Fair Open Access Fund finances innovative publishing initiatives and infrastructures and covers membership costs for consortia and advocacy organizations focusing on a
non-profit and academy-owned approach to scholarly communication (an overview of what is currenty supported is available here). It also subsidizes Open Access monographs published by Leuven University Press. Date: Tuesday, 8th December 16:00 CET / 15:00 GMT / 10:00 ET For this live session, the OABN will interview Demmy Verbeke about the aims and vision behind the KU Leuven Fair OA Fund. This is a free and public one hour event open to all and with room for a live Q&A.
