Liebe Kolleg*innen,

vielen Dank für die zahlreiche Beteiligung an unserer openCost Umfrage zum Thema Publikationskostenerfassung. Wir freuen uns über all die wertvollen Rückmeldungen und Anmerkungen, die wir bisher erhalten haben und freuen uns auf weiteres Feedback.

Ich wollte Sie auf diesem Wege noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass eine Teilnahme an unserer Umfrage noch bis 15.8.23 möglich ist. Sehr gerne können Sie unsere Umfrage auch in Ihren Netzwerken teilen.

Mit Hilfe dieser Umfrage wollen wir mehr über die Arbeitsprozesse und Instrumente zur Publikationskostenerfassung nationaler und internationaler Bibliotheken erfahren, um die daraus abgeleiteten Bedarfe im weiteren Verlauf des Projekts zu berücksichtigen.

Die Umfrage ist in vier Teile gegliedert und erfragt Informationen aus folgenden Bereichen:

- Funding

- Künftige Perspektiven

Thank you very much for the numerous participation in our openCost survey on the topic of publication cost monitoring. We appreciate all the valuable feedback and comments we have received so far and look forward to further feedback.

I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that our survey is still open until 8. August 2023. You are very welcome to share our survey with your networks as well.

With the help of this survey we want to learn more about the work processes and tools of national and international libraries as well as the practice of publication cost monitoring in order to take the identified needs into account in the further course of the project.

The survey is divided into four parts and asks for information from the following areas:

- General information

- Cost data

- Funding

- Future perspectives
