Gerne möchten wir Ihnen folgende Information zum Livestream des anstehenden Events nächste Woche weiterleiten:

Next week marks the launch of the European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) and the kickoff of the EU-funded ALMASI Project with a joint event in Madrid.

If you are unable to attend in person, you can still watch part of the event via live stream (see infos below).

Programme:

During the event, key features and core components of the European Diamond Capacity Hub will be presented and discussed. Opportunities for active participation and collaboration will be highlighted. Additionally, the ALMASI Project will be introduced, highlighting its role in the global Diamond Open Access landscape.

The programme features representatives from UNESCO, the European Commission, Science Europe, National Funding Agencies and many more, offering both global and regional perspectives alongside insights from national funders on Diamond Open Access.

The European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) aims to strengthen the Diamond Open Access community in Europe by supporting institutional, national, and disciplinary capacity centers, as well as Diamond publishers and service providers in their scholarly publishing efforts.

The ALMASI Project (Aligning and Mutualizing Nonprofit Open Access Publishing Services Internationally) seeks to develop a nonprofit, high-quality, and sustainable scholarly communication ecosystem across Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
