- Subject: [IP-OA_Forum] New position paper from OASPA expands focus for the ongoing transition to open access
OASPA, in partnership with Research Consulting, has today published a new position paper: Embracing the Complexity of '100% OA': from Percentage to Participation.
This work serves as a key input for OASPA's strategic planning, expanding our focus from tracking the percentage of OA content to also enabling global participation.
The report covers major obstacles in the ongoing transition to open access and highlights critical priorities. The paper also outlines OASPA's proposed role in enabling diverse stakeholders to work through uncertainty and co-create a fully open future.
Please read OASPA's full announcement and invitation for feedback.
And the position paper can be found here on Zenodo.
We'd welcome all feedback as outlined in the post.
Best wishes,
Bernie
