as a friendly reminder, we would like to draw your attention once again to the upcoming SeDOA event, which will take place this coming Friday, April 17.

The second session of “This is how we do it - International Best Practices for Diamond Open Access” will focus on:

OAPEN and DOAB: Supporting Diamond Open Access and building trust in a global ecosystem

Abstract:
This presentation introduces OAPEN and the Directory of Open Access Books and how these platforms support diamond OA books through quality assurance, sustainability and international visibility. It will reflect on shared challenges for diamond OA initiatives and explore how infrastructures like OAPEN and DOAB can connect with and support community-driven efforts (such as SeDOA).
