Dear Friends and Associates,

 

You might have noticed the posters already, we certainly tried to put them everywhere:

 

We, your students, would like to invite you all to this year’s summer party this Thursday evening!

 

Like every year there will be plenty of cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available, as well as vegetarian and quite non-vegetarian food and music.

There will also be a beer pong tournament again – the Sign Up for which will be available onsite at the music stall.

 

Many students are looking forward to meeting all of you in a less formal setting and talking to you about something else than their term papers and their Academic Credit Accreditation Transfer Forms … or defeating you utterly at beer pong!

 

We would be very happy to greet as many of you as possible to this much anticipated event! You are of course welcome to bring family and entourage. ;-)
