    himddump command line fixups
    
    command line validation logic rejected all command lines because of mixed-up
    && and ||, also either the numbers were wrong or the the idea that some
    commands might have parameter were missing.
    
    This patch
     - documents "tracks verbose" (in fact any string after "tracks"
        will do)
     - accpets all command lines with at least the mount point given
     - changes default from "strings" to "tracks"
