[linux-minidisc] autodetection of HiMD devices (Windows)

Hello,

here is my code for automatic detection of himd devices (windows only, tested 
on XP, Vista an Win 7).

This is not a final version, some work has to be done:

- using a QList with pointers to himd_device structs instead of a fixed size 
struct array for saving information of found devices
- splitting the code into platform dependent and platform independent parts 
for implementation of linux/mac code and leaving the basic code 
platform independent
