Hello,

I´ve updated the Windows build instructions (compilingwithmingw).
I have also compiled a new mingw version of taglib (version 1.6.1) because 
taglib 1.5 mingw binary isn´t available at musicbrainz.org anymore.
It can be found at Pre-Compiled dependencies on compilingwithmingw site.
