Hello users of QHiMDTransfer,

The Windows version of QHiMDTransfer now includes runtime Hi-MD device
detection, kindfully programmed by Thomas Arp. The new executable is
linked in the Wiki

and will also be integrated into the installer soon. Device detection
for Linux is not yet in.
