[linux-minidisc] New version of QHiMDTransfer for MacOS X (Intel)

Hi,

after 2 months without an update, I finally built and uploaded a new
version of QHiMDTransfer for MacOS X (Intel) today. This version
contains various bug fixes as well as updated
translations.

Unfortunately, the new features "MP3 Downloads" and "Formatting HiMDs"
are not fully implemented yet, so these features are still missing
:(. But be assurred we're still working hard to achieve these
milestones as soon as possible ;).

The new version for MacOS X can be downloaded at the known location:
