Could you please commit version of transport.hxx, that is the version
from the dvd+rw-tools including your patches, to the git repository?

I would like to start on the implementation of the SCSI command layer
for libhimd within the next weeks once I have tagged version 0.1.0
which will happen once I have fixed all translation files.
