Don't worry. Take your time and concentrate on your lectures, those
have priority over your open source contributions!

I'm preparing to package the current version of linux-minidisc
(netmdcli, himdcli, libnetmd, libhimd and qhimdtransfer) for Debian
and upload it within the next days. I tagged version 0.9.0 such that
1.0.0 would be the version which includes all of your changes.

We thought it would be a good idea to call it 1.0.0 when both MP3
uploads and downloads are supported.

Cool! Please check whether they still apply against the current master
(tagged as 0.9.0).

Don't worry. If it makes the overall code better, there is nothing to
be sorry about.

I will have a look at your current patch set and Michael will
certainly have another look as well. Once everyone is happy, we're
going to apply your patch set and will soon be able to tag version
1.0.0, unless there is anything else we should add.
