Hello Carlos! > After downloading QHimd Transfer and open it, I connected the Net MD > MZ-N707 on macbook pro osx 10.8.5. > the App opened very well but the Net MD was never mounted and never > couldn't connect it. A NetMD cannot be mounted since it does not contain a regular file system that MacOS or any other operating system can directly read. Currently, QHiMDTransfer supports HiMDs only which are formatted in a Windows-compatible format (VFAT) and can therefore be mounted by any operating system. NetMDs are currently supported with command line utility "netmdctl" only of which I am not sure of whether we ship it with the Mac version of the linux-minidisc utilities. We are planning to add NetMD support to the graphical user interface and basically have the necessary code ready, but alas we all are currently too busy with real life, work or other, more important projects. Anyone is free to send patches and have me merge them after review, the code is there, so is the documentation and some existing, unmerged patches from Thomas Arp who started working on NetMD support in the GUI.
