Re: [linux-minidisc] SP Downloads to MZ RH1

Hi Thomas,

Sonicstage converts to LP2 and then back to SP on the device – so its not proper SP.

Netmdcli it is then!

Many thanks.

Adam

If you are on Windows, why not just use SonicStage? With the right drivers you can run it even in Windows 10 64-bit.

For normal SP/LP transfers, the netmdcli would be the way to go, as himdcli deals only with mounted filesystems.

Thomas

Hi all, I want to download tracks on to my MZ RH1 on standard 74/80 minute media in original SP. Source files are WAV files.

I’m using Windows, and have access to himdcli.exe and netmdli.exe as well QHiMDTransfer.exe

Adrian mentioned its certainly possible under Linux, but would prefer Windows if possible. Don’t need GUI if its not available.
