[linux-minidisc] MP3 download to Hi-MD on Windows

Hello,

Is there a compiled version of QHIMDtransfer for windows that can download mp3 tracks to Hi-MD discs?

I have tried using the version downloaded from https://github.com/thp/linux-minidisc/releases/tag/0.9.14.1

I can only upload tracks from Hi-MD to PC, download does not work.
