[RQC-interest] Review Quality Collector (RQC) status update January 2018

Dear all,

welcome in 2018!
2017 was a quiet year on this list: only 2 messages.
That was because three things I started did not yet
get finished.

Here is a current status:

1.
Since today, RQC for conferences supports a second 
manuscript handling system: HotCRP.

2.
A few days ago, user number 1 of RQC, the
International Conference on Performance Engineering (ICPE)
came back to use RQC again in their 2018 instance.

3.
I will start a second round of marketing this month
and again query all ACM conferences using EasyChair
and this time also all those using HotCRP.

4.
I have also now started implementing the much more
important part of RQC: for journals.
More on this next time.
