John, I am sorry that we have not fixed the bugs you reported yet. Because of the life cycle of PhD student in academica, we had a little lack of man power for developing in SeqAn. Hopefully, things will improve now that another PhD student and I have started working on SeqAn. Please continue to use Trac to submit errors. Actually, we are in the process of embracing Trac usage further. Also keep in mind that while we try our best to improve the library all the time, we have other projects and deadlines to take care of. However, there will be a week or so in the second quarter of 2010 when we will focus on analyzing and fixing all known issues. As for the spam, I'm looking into removing it. Bests, Manuel
