[Seqan-dev] Invitation to the SeqAn retreat

Dear SeqAn developers,

I would like to invite you to the 2nd SeqAn retreat in Berlin from October 4th to October 10th (please note the new date because of ECCB).

The goal is twofold. First to give interested people an introduction to SeqAn, and second to discuss and try ideas hands-on

in the field of genomic sequence analysis. For more information see the attached document.

So if you have time, come to Berlin or send a student!

By now participants from Illumina and various academic institutions have agreed to come (see attachment).

Please respond to Anja Kasseckert (Anja.Kasseckert@fu-berlin.de) until 13.09.10 whether you want to join.

For more information about accommodation, how you can pay the 50 Euro workshop fee, the exact location, etc.
