[Seqan-dev] Align Module Changes & SnpStore

Dear all,

This is an addendum to my previous email for those of you who are using 
a SVN source checkout of SnpStore and need to recompile the program. If 
you are using the binary version or do not need to recompile the program 
then you do not need to read the rest of this email.


The current source code of SnpStore is not compatible with the current 
trunk version of the new alignment module. We will resolve this issue 
soon but so long: Do not compile SnpStore from its trunk sources.

Instead, you can use the tag "pre-align-update" that we have made before 
committing the update to the align module. You can checkout the URL

  http://svn.mi.fu-berlin.de/seqan/tags/pre-align-update/

just as you would check out the trunk and use it in the same fashion.
