Hi, The algorithm I'm working on is embarrassingly parallelisable. I wonder if anyone has any experience using Seqan on GPUs? I did find this page: http://www.mi.fu-berlin.de/w/ABI/ThesisGPGPUSeqan but it is more a plan of work to do than practical advice. Thanks, John. |
