Sorry, I misread your email, this is generated in unchanged SeqAn 
sources, right?

What is the version of the G++ program in your MinGW (I assume) install? 
You can generate it with c:\MinGW\g++.exe --version or 
c:\MinGW\mingw32-g++.exe --version.
