Dear Jordan,

it was not in the last release, but has been in the master and development
branches for quite some time:
http://docs.seqan.de/seqan/develop/
-> translate function

We will release a new version of SeqAn very soon which will also include the
translation module among many other new features. If you need it now, you can
checkout either master or develop from github and use that (the version on
develop has a few more features as well as parallelization).

Best regards,
