[Seqan-dev] SeqAn UM 2018 Registration open!

Dear SeqAn followers,

the registration for our SeqAn User Meeting 2018 from 19th to 21st of September in Berlin is now open: https://sites.google.com/view/cibi-user-meeting-2018/home/registration.

We are proud to show you a genomics pipeline with KNIME and to teach you the new SeqAn3 API based on modern c++ features such as concepts and ranges.

We will give you the latest news about our development and welcome you to share your experience with SeqAn in a 30 minute talk.

If you like, you can bring your genomics data and we an discuss possible solutions to analyse them.
