Actually, this is documented as such for AlignedReadStoreElement.

Ahh yes ... now i found it. Couldn't find it by clicking on the TAlignedReadStore type (No direct link to alignedReadStore, should have looked more carefully i guess...)

- document the undocumented functions contigGaps() and positionGapToSeq() contigGaps is a variable. I fixed a documentation bug with the Gaps constructor, though.

That's good! Nice example for positionsGapToSeq(). The function doesn't pop up if i enter it in the search field but i guess that will be fixed with the next nightly build- and yes of course - contigGaps is a variable...

- point out the differences if contig sequences are not available...

Did in the documentation.
