[IP-OA_Forum] Neues Aufnahmeformular bei DOAJ

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

das DOAJ hat in einer Presseerklärung (siehe Link unten) ein neues
Formular für die Aufnahme von Zeitschriften in das DOAJ bekannt gegeben.
Dabei geht es um die Ende des letzten Jahres zur Diskussion gestellten
Aufnahmekriterien, und die Erfüllung dieser Kriterien wird nicht nur von
neuen Zeitschriften verlangt, sondern auch von Zeitschriften, die
bereits im DOAJ gelistet sind (mit einer Frist zum Ende dieses Jahres).

Today, after an extended period of consultation and development, DOAJ
launched a new and much extended form for journals wishing to be
included in the DOAJ.

The form has been structured to collect upfront from the publishers as
many quality indicators as possible about the journal. These indicators
will be assessed as part of a journal's application.

The form also introduces the DOAJ Seal, a mark of approval that shows
how a journal strives towards Best Practice.
