Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

 

von 7. bis 9. Oktober veranstaltet das openCost-Projektteam die internationale Konferenz „openCost: The Road to Publication Cost Transparency – The Next Stage“ an der Universität Regensburg, zu der wir Sie noch einmal herzlich einladen möchten.

Das openCost Team freut sich besonders, die Keynote von Joanna Ball, Managing Director des Directory of Open Access Journals – DOAJ, anzukündigen: „The hidden costs of open access: navigating to a more equitable future“. Weitere spannende Einblicke in das Kostenmonitoring bzw. den Umgang mit Kostendaten liefern u. a. AT2OA2, Consortium Couperin France, Forschungszentrum Jülich, GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel, The National Library of Sweden, The National Library of Finland, OpenAIRE, PathOS, RWTH Aachen und die Universität Groningen.

From October 7 to 9, the openCost project team is organizing the international conference “openCost: The Road to Publication Cost Transparency - The Next Stage” at the University of Regensburg, to which we cordially invite you.

The openCost team is particularly pleased to announce the keynote speech by Joanna Ball, Managing Director of the Directory of Open Access Journals - DOAJ: "The hidden costs of open access: navigating to a more equitable future". Further exciting insights into cost monitoring and the handling of cost data will be provided by AT2OA2, Consortium Couperin France, Forschungszentrum Jülich, GEOMAR Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research Kiel, The National Library of Sweden, The National Library of Finland, OpenAIRE, PathOS, RWTH Aachen University and the University of Groningen, among others.
