Attached the schedule for „Institute Day“ on the 20. June, i.e. next Wednesday in Room 340. The students will receive a different version as a poster.pdf to orient them and direct them to the panels.

 

I put the approximate time table on the sheet as well as the positions / members of the respective teaching staff we would like to attend.

 

I know that this day/date may be of some inconvenience for some of the teaching staff, since it interferes with their off days and courses, but I wholeheartedly believe that attending will be worth it. This is not an inquisition style questioning nor is it intending as just another appointment to get done with in term of quality management. There might be opportunity to get rid of conflict before they arise or the chance to address issues long unresolved and at the very least it offers a platform to explain current problems and circumstances.

 

Even though not specifically stated all non-teaching staff are of course also very welcome to attend and share their insights!
