[JFKI-News] Invitation: Text Reading Workshop led by Seung Hwan Ryu

Dear students, faculty and friends of the JFKI, 

 On April 27th , we are going to be hosting our first text-reading workshop in the Research Colloquium in North American History.  

Seung Hwan Ryu will lead a text-based discussion on “Independence without Liberation:

Democratization as Decolonization Management in U.S.-Occupied Korea, 1945–1948,” by Kornel Chang.

The talk will be held in room 201 at the John-F.-Kennedy Institute (Lansstraße 7-9) from 4 - 6pm.
