[linux-minidisc] Adding a wiki section regarding the legal issues

Hello,

I was thinking today about adding a long and detailed section explaining
the legal issues that are associated with our project to the wiki. Thus, explaining
the issues with the non-disclosable code and of SonicStage and OpenMG.

The sole idea behind this section would be only to explain people why
the software won't work out of the box with many MiniDisc devices and
whom they could complain to in order to achieve a permission for full disclosure
from Sony =).

If you guys agree, I would start on this section tonight.
