Hi, In the README in the seqan 1.3rc1 download, it refers to http://trac.mi.fu-berlin.de/seqan/wiki/Tutorial/GettingStarted On this web page it instructs you to cd projects/library/cmakebut this directory doesn't exist. Do you mean the cmake directory? Also is it necessary to run cmake if you are just using seqan as a header only library without compiling any of the apps or demos? Thanks, John. |
