Hi SeqAn Fans,
we have great news to share.
We will present SeqAn and it's KNIME integration in a full day tutorial at the ECCB 2018 in Athen. So if you happen to be there, or if you need a reason to go there, please find here more information: http://www.seqan.de/seqan-programming-and-user-tutorial-at-the-eccb-2018/
Also we will present the brand new SeqAn 3 library at the GCB 2018 in Vienna: http://www.seqan.de/seqan_3_tutorial_at_the_gcb_2018/
Here you'll learn modern C++ features like Concepts and Ranges and how this simplified the tool development using the new SeqAn 3 API.
If you can't make it to any of the above conferences, we also have a User Meeting in Berlin from September 19th to 21st, where you can learn the new SeqAn 3 API, how to do genomic analysis with SeqAn and KNIME and learn all about the new developments we did.
More information regarding the user meeting will follow.
Make sure, you hit the early bird registration!
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to contact us, either via twitter @SeqAnLib or via the mailing list.
Also, please, share this with you colleagues and friends who might have a general interest in efficient sequence analysis ;D!
We are looking forward to meet you at any of these great events.
The SeqAn Team
