I think the procfile Thomas mentioned is stored in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sony Shared\OpenMG but I'm not sure as I cannot find these files on my clean installation of SonicStage (no tracks transfered so far). You should, btw, always back up this folder because it also contains the keys required to decrypt any encrypted tracks within SonicStage. There is actually program code which can decrypt .oma-files with the help of the contents in the OpenMG folder. I can send it to you in another mail if you want. > > As samples (requested earlier in the thread - so I include them anyway), I > have made 5 recordings (of background noise, (you should hear a clock > ticking)) in Hi-LP with a MZ-RH1. I think, we should collect these samples on our website if you agree. > > If you want to convert oma files to wav you can use MarCNet´s HiMD > > Renderer > > instead. > > > > Thank you very much - the samples convert just fine using HiMDRenderer. HiMDRenderer uses the SonicStage-supplied libraries and decoders, btw. So you will always have to have SonicStage installed if you want to use HiMDRenderer. Adrian
