The file header looks fine to me. I try it with Sonic Stage the next
days. For sure, it is not the Content ID problem I suspected.

Also the beginning of the data looks like valid ATRAC3+ (in the hexdump
screenshot you posted), so I have no immediate idea what might be wrong.
